These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to every order you place on parvathiaachicrackers.com, which is operated by Parvathi Aachi Crackers, a sole proprietorship owned by Kaliyaperumal Logeeswaran (“we”, “us”, “our”), a fireworks trader based in Sivakasi, Tamil Nadu. By placing an order you confirm that you are 18 or older and that you have read and accept these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not place an order.

About these terms

Please read these terms together with our Shipping & Delivery Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy and Privacy Policy, which form part of them.

Who can order

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract.
Orders are for personal and festival use. Bulk or resale enquiries should be made directly with us.
You are responsible for making sure that buying and using fireworks is permitted where the order will be delivered and used, including any Supreme Court directions, State Government orders and local restrictions on timings or types of crackers.
We may decline or cancel an order for delivery to an area where the sale or use of fireworks is restricted. Any amount paid is refunded in full.

Products

We describe every product as accurately as we can. Fireworks are handmade in batches, so colour, height, sound and duration can vary slightly from one batch to another. Pictures are for illustration. Pack sizes and piece counts are as stated on the price list.

If an item you ordered is not available at the time of packing, we will contact you before dispatch and offer an item of equal or higher value, or a refund for that item.

Prices and charges

All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Where a discount is shown, it is calculated on the printed maximum retail price (MRP).
A minimum order value of ₹3,000 applies, calculated after discount.
A packing charge, where applicable, is shown separately at checkout before you pay.
Transport charges are not included in the order total. They are paid by you directly to the transport company at delivery.
If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price because of an error, we will contact you before processing the order and you may cancel for a full refund.

Orders and payment

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when your payment is received and we send you an order confirmation by email, SMS or WhatsApp.

Online payment – UPI, debit and credit cards, net banking and wallets are processed securely by our payment partner, Cashfree Payments. We never see or store your card or bank login details.
Direct UPI – if you pay our UPI ID directly, your order is confirmed once the amount is credited and the UTR / reference number you submit is verified.
Orders that remain unpaid for 24 hours may be cancelled automatically.

Delivery and ownership

Orders are dispatched through licensed goods transport services, as explained in our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Ownership of the goods, and responsibility for them, passes to you when you or your representative collect the consignment from the transport office or receive it at your door.

Safe use

Read and follow the instructions printed on each product before use.
Use fireworks outdoors, in an open space, under adult supervision, and keep water or sand nearby.
Store fireworks in a cool, dry place away from flames, heat and electrical points, and out of the reach of children.

We are not responsible for injury, loss or damage caused by misuse, by not following the printed instructions, or by use in breach of the law.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for the products concerned. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under Indian law, including your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos and design, belongs to Parvathi Aachi Crackers or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without our written permission.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. We will always try to resolve a concern with you directly first. Any dispute that cannot be settled amicably is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Virudhunagar District, Tamil Nadu.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page on the date you place your order applies to that order.
